Returns & Exchanges

No Sweat Return Policy

Got the wrong items or it’s just not what you expected? No sweat! You can send it back within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for restocking, the product must also meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging without any price or promotional stickers.
  • The outer box must be in perfect reselling condition without any writings.
  • The product must be intact and in the same condition as when originally purchased, with no installation or use.
  • The product must not have been purchased at a clearance price or with a discount.

(We might refuse or limit refunds for items that don’t meet these conditions.)

If your original order qualified for free shipping and the return changes that, we’ll deduct the shipping cost from your refund. Please note that we may refuse or adjust refunds for items that don’t comply with these conditions.

Important : No returns will be accepted without prior email (service@unite.bike) confirmation from us. Make sure to contact us and get our approval before sending anything back.

UNITE B1KEPARTS has a restocking policy for any product purchased within 10 days of the return request. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product. A restocking charge up to 15% could be deducted from your credit note on non-defective merchandise.

Restocking is not available for special orders.

Swaps

Need to swap out your item? Here’s how:

Speedy Exchange

Want your new item right away? Place a new order, and we’ll ship it before receiving the return. Your card will be charged for the new order, and we’ll refund the old one as soon as we get it back.

Standard Exchange

Send back the item you don’t want, and we’ll ship your new order once we receive the return. We’ll only charge (or refund) the difference in price.

Sale and Discount Code Items

Items with a discount of 20% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This also applies to any order where a price match or manual price adjustment was granted by our customer service team. We encourage you to consider reselling these items locally, for example on Kijiji.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, a cancellation fee of 2.8% of the total order amount will be applied to all refunds in the event of a customer-initiated cancellation. This fee reflects the transaction costs charged by our payment processor, which are non-recoverable on our end.

Please note that this fee does not apply if the cancellation is due to a delay or issue on our part or on the part of our suppliers. In such cases, a full refund will be issued with no deductions.
