With over 136 of riding, Loam Pass is the ultimate mountain biking pass! Loam Pass gives you access to 2 days at all 68 destinations. The pass includes not only the best resorts and bike parks but your favorite shuttle routes as well, being the Loam Pass anywhere you'd pay to bike.

Simply present your Loam Pass at the ticket window of most destinations to redeem your free day of riding or shuttling.
Some destinations may require a reservation. Prior to your visit, be sure to review the destination page for guidance on securing your spot.

Digital Pass
All Loam Passes come with a digital pass. The important part is the user ID located under your name. That is what the destinations will use to confirm and redeem your pass.
Physical Pass
The Physical Pass Upgrade not only includes a collectible physical season pass but also comes with a variety of Loam Pass goodies! Its functionality remains the same - simply bring your pass to the ticket window, and they will issue your day ticket.
*Note: One pass can be redeemed per day per person. Passes do not need to be used sequentially.
*Note: We urge all Loam Pass holders to keep a screenshot and a note of their UserID in a secure location. In the event of your phone being dead or having no service, you can redeem your pass with your UserID number and a form of ID.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The early access price is a limited-time discount offered until March 1st. You will receive the same Loam Pass perks and access at a discounted price.
Loam Passes will activate on January 1st. However, each destination has their own opening dates so make sure to confirm dates ahead of your visit. After your purchase, you must set up your pass and sign the waiver. After that, you're good to go.
After checkout, you will be taken to an account set up page. This can be completed at any time but your account must be set up in order for the pass to activate.
You will receive a traditional season pass card plus Loam Pass stickers, a destination map and other goodies.
The digital pass will be scanned at each destination by the destination's ticketing office. If you don't have your digital pass available, your Loam Pass userID can be typed in by the destination for access.
Yes! Your Loam Pass userID can be typed in by a destination to grant you access. We encourage downloading the pass to your phone in the event you don't have cell service. Screenshots or writing down your pass ID also work.
Each destination is a little different. Most resorts and bike parks do not need a reservation but the majority of shuttles require a reservation. In your customer account, there are detailed instructions for each destination's check-in process.
We accept all types of payment! Email us at questions@loampass.com if you want to use a different form of payment than what's offered on the website.
We do not issue refunds due to our destination payment structure. If your pass has not been used for the season and you've purchased pass protection, you are eligible to get a deferral and roll your pass over to the following season.

No Sweat Return Policy
Got the wrong items or it’s just not what you expected? No sweat! You can send it back within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for restocking, the product must also meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging without any price or promotional stickers.
- The outer box must be in perfect reselling condition without any writings.
- The product must be intact and in the same condition as when originally purchased, with no installation or use.
- The product must not have been purchased at a clearance price.

Want your new item right away? Place a new order, and we’ll ship it before receiving the return. Your card will be charged for the new order, and we’ll refund the old one as soon as we get it back.
Standard Exchange
Send back the item you don’t want, and we’ll ship your new order once we receive the return. We’ll only charge (or refund) the difference in price.
Sale Items
Items on sale with a 20% discount or more are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. Consider selling these items locally, like on Kijiji.
