Most online bike sellers send a bike straight from the distributor's box for you or a courier to finish assembling. We do it differently. Every bike on UNITE.bike is built and checked by a professional mechanic before it leaves us.
Assembled by a real mechanic
Each bike is assembled in a bike shop by a qualified mechanic, not shipped as a flat-pack. The frame is built up, the drivetrain is set, and the bike is brought to a fully rideable state by someone who works on bikes every day.
Inspected component by component
Once assembled, every component is checked to confirm it meets our quality standard and is correctly fitted. If something is not right, it is corrected before the bike goes any further.
Re-packed for a safe delivery
After it passes inspection, the bike is carefully re-packaged for transport so it reaches you in the exact condition we verified. The build and the check happen here, before shipping, not in your living room.

Send back the item you don’t want, and we’ll ship your new order once we receive the return. We’ll only charge (or refund) the difference in price.
Sale Items
