No Sweat Return Policy

Got the wrong items or it’s just not what you expected? No sweat! You can send it back within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for restocking, the product must also meet the following conditions:

• The product must be in its original packaging without any price or promotional stickers.
• The outer box must be in perfect reselling condition without any writings.
• The product must be intact and in the same condition as when originally purchased, with no installation or use.
• The product must not have been purchased at a clearance price.

Need to swap out your item? Here’s how:

Speedy Exchange

Want your new item right away? Place a new order, and we’ll ship it before receiving the return. Your card will be charged for the new order, and we’ll refund the old one as soon as we get it back.

Standard Exchange

Send back the item you don’t want, and we’ll ship your new order once we receive the return. We’ll only charge (or refund) the difference in price.

Sale Items

Items on sale with a 20% discount or more are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. Consider selling these items locally, like on Kijiji.

Shipping

From CANADA, to your doorstep, expect a smooth ride with no surprise fees like duties or brokerage. We ship within 1 to 4 days. More than 80% of orders arrive in 2 days or less. Need it faster? Let us know, and we’ll pedal extra hard for express service.

Not in stock right now? You can still order it. The item is on order from our supplier and ships as soon as it reaches our warehouse. We confirm the expected date by email and keep you posted.

Updated parts: when a manufacturer replaces a part with a newer version, we check compatibility before shipping and contact you if anything differs.

For purchases of $149 and over with items weighing less than 25 lbs, shipping is free. For oversized items or items weighing between 25 and 100 lbs, an additional shipping fee will apply based on the specific case. 

Complete bikes and bulky items: bikes ship in a full size bike box and other bulky items require special handling. An additional shipping fee applies, typically around $100 depending on the destination. We will confirm the exact amount with you before processing your order.
